Baker and Assistant
East London - Highams Park.
Part Time 3-8 hours per week with overtime available (depending on availability and skill level).
Tuesday 8.30am - 2.30pm, Friday 8.30am-12pm Wednesday 8am-11am (hours somewhat flexible but need to be allocated within these windows).
Hourly rate £13-15 per hour once qualified.
Driving license preferred.

We are looking for an enthusiastic baker to join our team and grow with our company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development as we want you to become an integral part of our team. Working alongside Victoria, our founder, in developing new recipes and continuing to deliver a consistent high standard of bakes to our valued clients. As well as working on wholesale baking products there will be lots of opportunity for you to join in at events and work on creative projects such as wedding cakes and photoshoots. Although not necessary it is preferred that you have excellent knowledge and experience of baking a range of products from breads to pastries.

Able to carry out physically demanding work (batch baking can be heavy!).

Key Responsibilities:
Ingredient preparation.
Baking cakes, cookies, breads and pastries.
Cleaning.
Packing orders for delivery.
Handling deliveries and stock.
Record keeping e.g. Cleaning schedule.
Social Media Posts.
