Victoria began her career in baking over 15 years ago. She started, as most do, as an impassioned home baker. Eager to learn every technique and style under the sun. After beginning her baking business as a side hustle she quickly realised that baking for her was more than a hobby; her day job became more and more of a distraction as the baking business began to thrive. When Victoria became a mum she decided not to return to teaching and took the baking full time!

Over seven years later Victoria still leads a business with creativity and enjoyment at its heart. Her main focus is and always has been to create bakes that delight all your senses. She believes food is one of the greatest pleasures in life and to be able to give someone even a moment of joy, however fleeting, is something precious that she will never take for granted.
